      Free environment, you get a laptop with you.

      Cons

      Too much pressure, some managers don't know what they are doing, some force you to work on weekends also. No care for your personal life. Team has to work for a lot of future tasks and everyone gets scolded everyday. Too much politics. They pay you very less and expect 4 times the work.
