Pros
- High pay. - Remote work with flexible hours.
Cons
- So toxic that people are leaving even without offers. - They don't seem to care about employee wellbeing at all, employees have been complaining about the chairs being broken for months. Most of the office was filled with unhealthy broken chairs. - So much politics and fighting and firing people left and right everyday. Criticism is not accepted, there's no mentoring or guidance for anyone who makes simple mistakes, they fire almost immediately with no warnings. - No direction, I kept being moved to different projects and working on different features with all of them being scrapped just when they're almost ready to launch. - Assumption-driven development. They don't look at any kind of analytics or customer experience when building new features or solving bugs. - Even though they heavily promote remote work and flexible hours they do not try to make it work. There's barely any communication through Slack or JIRA and if you're not at the office you will not have the information to do your job properly, as most of the communication is happening face-to-face. - Huge and loud open office with no place for meetings, presentations, or making calls that require collaboration with a remote worker.
