Pros
The culture is nurturing and they take care of their own. The SBU's are agile and able to adapt quickly to market changes. Huntsman's location is very appealing, and the company is throwing efforts to make the workplace even more welcoming. The Woodlands is such a beautiful back drop and so peaceuful that every lunch break had a refreshing glow to it. Huntsman itself is doing well and has a great future ahead,
Cons
While working there, I found a few things that needed improved upon but management was always willing to listen and implement new ideas.
