1. Good for freshers. i.e. They will get to learn latest technologies in fewer period. 2. Once your bond gets over, don't wait till appraisal just be selfish and LEAVE. 3. That's it Someone has added review for Bhivandi location, HURIX IS NOT LOCATED OVER THERE. beware of such fraud reviews.

I am reviewing the Hurix Seepz SEZ - PDG dept. Here we go - There are many , so many but I am listing a few 1. Impractical deadlins. Deadline is impractical and to meet it you will have to work 12 hours a day (including week-ends) Mind it, there are no week-ends. 2. No Work life balance (Actually to life only work) This is the outcome of above point. There is no life in Hurix. Everybody just works as slave just to meet deadline given by management. 3. No Flexi-Working policy Last year flexible working hours policy has been terminated by one so called smart fellow of Management. Since then the entire PGD Dept policies are determined by that smart person only. No Transport, yet management wants you to reach @ 10.30. otherwise you have to face the consequences. If you are done with your work and about to leave peacefully at 8 pm management will somehow engage you so that you will not leave by 10. 4. Insecurty, Non-transparency in Management and Employee relationships. People are not happily working over here. They are working just to play safe and satisfy the management and not for their growth. 5. Pathetic work environment (Just Chaos) No personal hygiene, No AC, No internet access (You can’t use it coz cameras are there to monitor you). 6. Even if you sustain somehow till your Appraisal process, Here is the outcome - Managers make you fool in appraisal process. Let me explain how - As per their process they say - appraisal cycle is from joining/April last year to March this year. But practically they give you increment letter in July and your incremented salary you get from July only. Means you lost your Apr-May-Jun 3 months salary. Such unprofessionalism is often seen here. 7. Anything more you want to decide whether to work with hurix or NOT??
