There are absolutely zero pros in this company. The HR keeps posting fake reviews giving 5 stars and writing everything good about this company. In reality, nothing is good in this company. DO NOT JOIN!!!!!
Cons
I have left this company recently so I can give a genuine recent perspective. 1. The management is the most toxic thing in this company. Everyone keeps shouting at each other. I have had senior team members join a call and shout at each other. 2. I have had 3-4 seniors call and abuse me almost every 2nd or 3rd day. By seniors I mean VP and SVP. 3. Very very long work hours. I used to work from 10 am to 1 am. Sleep, wake up, work and sleep. 4. Team members are inefficient. If you ask to collaborate with them then they will mess up your work so bad just because they don’t want to work. 5. Very very less salary and increment. 6. Most pathetic team and people to work with. 7. It’s not an office but a fish market. Everyone is shouting at everyone but no one is actually listening. 8. Once I logged out at 9 PM due to some personal commitment. The next day my manager asked me to join a call at 6 PM and kept the call on till 1 am so that I don’t plan to go somewhere.
