Good Co Workers to work with only support system in the organisation

Cons

Unnecessary pressure is created in terms on urgency. Top Management doesn't have managerial skills and always do micro management. Top Management don't want to listen ideas of other employees. Everything is driven by top only. Employees are not given free hand to test. Top Managers are ready to throw you under the bus. No time for personal things. If you join you will be working 24x7 and your personal time will go for a toss. No policy is applied they change it as per their need. Top management lives in a bubble and think they know everything far far away from ground reality
