      1. Salary is low 2. HR is sometimes not co-operative. You need to keep on insisting for a work to get done 3. Most of the employees are not professional or competitive 4. Higher management does not care. 5. No bonus even after mentioned in your salary. 6. No payslip since 3 years of my career. 7. Managers rule the department and does not treat their team members equally.

      Hard to find any but good should you wish to ruin your career

      Downsides are money 1. Toxic and micromanaging work culture. You will be asked for work done on an hourly basis 2. You will be yelled at and humiliated in public by your bosses 3. They will never give you salary on time and forget about full and final. 4. They will rob poor people by selling extrmely expensive elctricity 5. CEO is an sheer unprofessional and enjoys destroying careers. 6. They will make you work extra hours without any appreciation forget extra pay 7. Forget about annual bonus- managament will declare it but never pay
