Pros

I worked in the IT department. The culture is nice. All employees get quarterly bonuses. Company holiday parties are pretty extravagant compared to what I've experienced elsewhere.

Cons

Depending on the IT team you land in you can either have a great or a horrible time... I landed in the latter and was overworked, over-stressed, and under-compensated due to having salary pay. And when these things led to medical issues and I had not enough PTO to fix them, I was left high and dry because I couldn't take FMLA (I didn't use their health benefits)

Pros

I really enjoyed my coworkers and the management of the store. There were a handful of people who worked there at the time who weren't necessarily my favorite, but overall the team was good.

Cons

There we no significant cons. The pay is not the highest, but these are mainly entry level jobs.

Cons

As a 24/7 retail business, scheduling can be demanding in some roles — though the variety of positions means there's flexibility to find the right fit. With a large, decentralized workforce spread across hundreds of locations, consistent employee communication is an ongoing area of focus and improvement.
