Pros

Good, cheap health insurance. In some positions, very easy. Can get by without doing a whole lot. Very unlikely to get fired, especially once you make full time.

Cons

Pay is often very low for the work expected. However, your mileage may vary. There is a lot of favoritism, and no standard payscale, so some people get paid significantly more to do the same job. It is basically up to the store director. Its retail.. so working holidays, weekends, dealing with customers, etc. Putting up with the class of employees who have fanatical devotion to the company, and therefore will not admit or acknowledge things that need to be improved.

Pros

I really enjoyed my coworkers and the management of the store. There were a handful of people who worked there at the time who weren't necessarily my favorite, but overall the team was good.

Cons

There we no significant cons. The pay is not the highest, but these are mainly entry level jobs.

As a 24/7 retail business, scheduling can be demanding in some roles — though the variety of positions means there's flexibility to find the right fit. With a large, decentralized workforce spread across hundreds of locations, consistent employee communication is an ongoing area of focus and improvement.
