Pros

Guests are very enjoyable to serve. Business hotels are nice. Lots of things to do.

Cons

Lots of expectations. Management expects you to take ownership on what you need to learn from the company. Too busy to remind you. Currently 3 different managers with 3 different ways to train staff. The telephone game is real; things you say are often miss translated.

Mass layoffs was a huge issue as that is why I am no longer with the company.
