- work with people from all over the world - superb training - high level of service - benefits (medical, vacation) - great coworkers - diversity
Cons
In some departments it is very difficult to move up. Will promote a friend or a relative in some cases. Compared to other chains, salaries are not lower. Bonus since at the end of the year not always fair.
