Pros
Comp nights and discounted rooms help traveling the world possible. Benefits are included for full time employees. There's potential for growth but so many others are willing to move up and the positions are few in between. Open door policy, you can easily speak to the highest employee such as the GM.
Cons
Highly stressful for many, the duties get piled on and before you know it, you'll be doing more than when you first started and they pay will not reflect it. The schedules are based off of seniority, if you're newer, expect to work every weekend, every evening shift, and majority of the holidays.
