Pros

People & culture: Colleagues are collaborative, customer‑focused, and genuinely supportive. There’s strong pride in the products and the impact they have for customers. Leadership visibility: Senior leaders are accessible and open to feedback; skip‑levels and roundtables make it easier to raise ideas. Flexibility & benefits: Good balance with remote/hybrid norms, solid wellness benefits, and encouragement to invest time in learning and community. Global partner mindset: Clear appetite to win with and through partners; cross‑functional teams lean in when it matters.

Cons

Process maturity still evolving: As the company scales, some delivery and handoff processes are being standardized; this can mean extra coordination and occasional ambiguity. Tooling/enablement fragmentation: A few overlapping systems and dashboards slow execution until standards fully settle. Internal comms cadence: Lots of information; tightening the “signal vs. noise” would help busy teams stay aligned.

Pros

Remote or hybrid capability. Usually a flexible schedule.

Cons

Constant quiet firing. They've figured out how to avoid public disclosures quite well. Every month they're whacking batches of 20~30 employees - esp. if you were in a higher pay band or part of an acquired company. There's constant leadership churn as of late - not that leadership was ever that great, but the clownshow has more makeup on the pigs now. If you were part of an acquired company, the stench of nepotism was constant. Hyland doesn't provide legitimate training or certification assistance for everyone. Their products would fail any sort of security scan by an AI tool too. If you're a customer, buyer beware.
