Pros

- Excellent benefits - Volunteer Time Off was a great way to give back - Large pipeline of clients meant that promotions happened often - Challenging work - Great company events like Christmas Party and Clam Bake, chance to get to know more of your coworkers - good salary

Cons

- I worked in a newer, offshoot department, where we just didn't have the same culture as some of the more established departments. There were many times that direction given was conflicting or not there at all. - For the first 6 months of my job, I literally sat and watched training videos - The culture was a bit "kool-aid-ey" - The job I had was a lot more technical than was disclosed. Quite a bit of HTML code, Javascript, JQuery, C#, etc. - not something I did in my previous line of work and not something I anticipated doing in this position.

Pros

Remote or hybrid capability. Usually a flexible schedule.

Cons

Constant quiet firing. They've figured out how to avoid public disclosures quite well. Every month they're whacking batches of 20~30 employees - esp. if you were in a higher pay band or part of an acquired company. There's constant leadership churn as of late - not that leadership was ever that great, but the clownshow has more makeup on the pigs now. If you were part of an acquired company, the stench of nepotism was constant. Hyland doesn't provide legitimate training or certification assistance for everyone. Their products would fail any sort of security scan by an AI tool too. If you're a customer, buyer beware.
