Total lack of leadership across the board in most key organizations Projects are started haphazardly and not seen through by management. The company makes promises without a plan for execution Onboarding is virtually non-existent Culture of avoiding problem areas and focusing only on positives will unfortunately keep this company from being what it could be. This starts at the top and most of the senior leaders are not committed to excellence or empowered to make needed changes Morale is very bad and the company faces a revolving door. Very bad brain drain as their best talent will always leave for greener pastures when they realize the situation
