      Fast-paced, hard-working peers, industry, opportunities for improvements are endless.

      Cons

      In leadership, broadly speaking are low quality, immature systems, very labor intensive, lack of training & support. Pay is extraordinarily low for the role-types when compared to industry standards.

      Great collaboration between the teams that I support. Engineering with a start up energy supported by a solid reputable company in TD Synnex.

      Cons

      As with any growing organization processes are being improved and streamlined so there are may opportunities to get frustrated, but I will take growing pains any day.
