Pros
If you land in a good team headed by an effective Director who's respectful then you will have a good chance of enjoying work
Cons
The company is run by gray haired white men with little regard for women. Lip service is paid to employees who have any real concerns about breaking through the glass ceiling which unfortunately is still very much there. There is nothing in place for great employees to be recognized across various teams. The company is so large with so many jockeying for position that it is too easy for good people to be ignored. Compensation for senior leaders works such that you eat what you kill. This has caused a frenzy of competition amongst colleagues in the same office and across the firm in other offices. Meanwhile staff are very aware that they are only valuable as long as they are submitting 100% billable time. Executive leadership have instituted a culture of fear amongst the staff. People are encouraged to not speak their opinions for fear of reprisal. It is a toxic place to work with rampant sexism and no support to female staff experiencing major harassment.
