      Pros

      -Interesting projects and knowledgeable coworkers -Good team and management dynamics -My salary offer was fair -Cool office and convenient location

      Cons

      -Benefits are on par with other firms but not fantastic -Still has a "small company" mentality in certain ways when trying to act like a big company -Turnover is an ongoing issue, as it is everywhere these days -As another review said, the Toronto office needs better coffee!
