- remote work option
- great colleagues
- supportive environment
- educational support (regular tech crunch lunches and hosting meetups to share knowledge)
- organized tasks & reasonable work-life balance
Cons
- sometimes favored configuration over coding to produce quicker results, which I understand was for efficiency and not a downside so much as a personal preference that I get to code as much as possible

People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country
Cons
Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
