Pros

ICF is a premier consulting organization that values people, is committed to sustainability, fairness, and work-life balance. The company's projects create opportunities to work on the leading challenges of our day.

Cons

Consulting requires a tolerance for uncertainty, a flexible and can-do attitude, and a resilient and persistent work ethic. But ICF provides one of the more stable and sane work environments for consultants to grow and thrive in.

Working on the leading challenges of our day is one of the things I also value most about working for ICF. Thank you for taking the time to write this thoughtful review.

Pros

Timing, fruit day every week

Cons

its a pathetic co to work. All i can say avoid joining this co. Managers think that they are the king and rest of the employees are slave. Actually they are good for nothing. Most of them are sitting their because they are a waste product in Job Market. They secure their job by sharing gossips and not by work. The co itself is a loss making concern.

Pros

Good work atmosphere and mostly helpful seniors. Work from home option is always there.

Cons

1. No work life balance. 12-14 hours a day is normal. 2. The salary package is less compared to other consulting firms. 3. There are not many lateral paths of growth (like other consulting groups have). Since the project deadlines are too stringent, one has no time to venture into creative ideas. Do what your Manager says. Even if you do something extra, you are certain that no one will appreciate it. 4. Soft skills development is non-existent. 5. Lack of proper work management. Two people in different teams end up doing similar tasks.
