      A lot of autonomy No on-call No SCRUM/Agile sprint retrospectives, t-shirt planning, and other timesink developer meeting Tech stack versions stay up to date for security purposes Great work-life balance

      Cons

      Not a lot of career growth I think a lot of the pros/cons really depend on your team and how much control of the tech stack you want

      People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

      Cons

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.

      The company is large and takes care of their employees. Management seems to care and the projects we worked on were organized well by our product teams.

      Sometimes our projects went up for rebid because of the government.
