Pros

Co-Workers are really nice to work with.

Cons

Everything is a Con, where do I start? Management is deceptive, they make it out like its a wonderful favor they are doing you by paying you minimum but they sit you in the world's smallest cubicle and are basically task masters. Restrictive and almost abusive working environment. The Company makes claims of benefits but employees at the Seattle office never see them. An employee would be better off working anywhere else. My advice is don't even take the job and get stuck.
