      Pros

      Great Work life balance. You can finish almost every task within regular business hours. Great Employees. Everyone is very nice and friendly. As long as you are a personal individual, they will promote you.

      Cons

      There is very little challenge to almost every task. They tend to flock towards group think. They rarely offer training (compared to other consulting companies).

      People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

      Cons

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
