- Enjoy working with very smart people with a high level of technical knowledge - Lots of flexibility with telecommuting - Opportunities to work on meaningful projects - Colleagues are supportive
Cons
- Little room to move up - Poor transitions for staff that are part of companies that were acquired - Poor comminication from senior managers and little attention paid to developing a positive work culture - Lots of internal competition for work - Value is on bringing in money; if you do that then you are golden - Little value on staff that are effective managers
