The management. Unprofessional, kiss up and kick down culture that is set by the management. They will blame everyone else when something goes wrong. My manager would go MIA when large assignments were due and then come up with preposterous lies for why she didn't do her job. The two managers would talk badly about other employees and past employees on calls. This place is a joke. They pretend they are saving the world while they fire the vast majority of their younger employees while the management, which is largely inept, does little to nothing and is always safe. I would never, ever advise anyone to work here. It was the biggest mistake of my life.
