Pros
Flexibility/hours can be flexible, not much else to add. Most pros being slowly wiped out with guise of standardization to the ICON way.
Cons
Icon corporate environment is stifling. Either inability or unwillingness to recognize and reward valued employees. Corporate departments don't communicate. No focus by HR or other related departments on internal customers.
