In comparison to other companies, there really aren't any pros to working here.
Cons
Below-average salaries, crummy benefits, less PTO than what's offered by comparable employers, no bonuses or other perks. They'll expect you to do whatever it takes to keep projects on track (eg, work 60-70 hours/week for 3 months), but they won't provide anything in return (no bonuses, no extra time-off, no salary increases). They make no efforts in career advancement, cross-training, etc.
