Pros

Free breakfast on Fridays prior to pandemic, flexibility to work from home

Cons

Minorities are not compensated within market rate and lowest in the department. HR Business Partners do not proactively look for pay iniquities when utilizing HRIS reports which results in high turnover and disgruntled employees. Poor recruiting practices and lack of diversity in hires and management. This is not an organization you should join if you’re trying to advance in your career.

Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

Pros

Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

Cons

Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
