Cons
Low salaries. Ridiculous workload. Management doesn't follow through on promises. Only eye for cost savings (by increasing workload). No work/life balance. parking in a field for everyone who hasn't been with the company for more than 3 years. Employee engagement survey done yearly but no actions taken. No career progression possible. Rather hire contractors from outside at a ridiculous rate, than to look internally for suitable candidates. Blame culture and because of this people are hiding their mistakes. Not fair nor consist in remuneration and bonuses. Company spends fortunes on 'whims' of CEO. Very high turnover due to dissolutioned and overworked employees
