      Cons

      chronically understaffed, you will be worked to the bone. Also, do not work in recruitment the manager is a creep who preys on his employees! No HR to report him to either.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
