Pros
Paid VHI, a very small bonus you have to jump through hoops for. Good place to start in to get the experience you will need to get a job in a better company with better career prospects and direction.
Cons
Outsourcing functions to India, this company cares about money not their people. Very low morale and still expected to do alot of work with minimal staff. Too many processes for even basic tasks and terrible HR function very high turnover in staff with no effort made to retain.
