Pros
-Generous PTO and holidays - Hybrid schedule -although could be fully remote. -My line manager was great and supportive and did what she could at her level - personally I like the cubicle set up that we still have here where the new offices are more open seating. -Amazing study team (which can really influence your experience). Although lots of turnover recently due to layoffs.
Cons
-Constant threat of layoffs the last 3 years. -LM recently laid off so now will report to LM in MX. -upper management of the department lacks transparency -nonexistent opportunities in the US for growth -Pay sucks and now merit increases for our 2024 review are on hold until Q3 - which I predict will not happen then either. -Have to be in office yet it seems empty and not as fun as it was when our group was larger. -Losing some really incredible people due to the layoffs.
