      Great pay, benefits, sign on bonus was a plus, great team and co-workers. You have to train f2f at a corporate office if hired.

      So far I have not seen anything or heard any bad things about ICON

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Pros

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
