I very much love working in Icra Online CFG group. It is perfect place to start your career. While there is hardly any work from june to february. There is a bit of pressure period between feb and may every year. Our boss is so kind, many time we play antakshari or go for movies to the cinema accross the road because we have hardly any work during off peak period. Overall i love this job and salary + perquisite too as per corporate standards.
Cons
there is not much scope for growth here as promotions happen only once every 4-5 years.
