      People in management and senior management directed by self interest only High Pressure Stress producing environment Not keeping employees informed as to the direction of the company Outsourcing all major components of lottery systems and internal operations

      Lots of good things in my area & manager Good salary, decent benefits

      Ultimately did not value employees enough to utilize them or investigate what they were actually providing when layoffs were done in ambush fashion
