      Pros

      Friendly colleagues who do their best to help IGT succeed Some genuinely talented people still remain (though I doubt they will stay for long) Great offices and location

      Cons

      Layers of management significantly out of touch with what is required to turn things round Competing teams do not collaborate and in some cases undermine the efforts of others. Failure to innovate, even when that innovation is handed to them on a plate by their employees.

      Flexible with hybrid work options however the degree of flexibility is highly dependent on your team/manager. The work is interesting.

      Cons

      The ability to move up depends a lot on your manager and relationships with others, not necessarily strictly your work product.
