7yThank you for your candid review. IGT recognizes the importance of culture in providing a positive professional experience for all our employees. We are proud of the fact that, in our most recent employee engagement survey, 74% of employees reported that they can depend on their team members. We regret that was not your experience.
IGT understands that employees who feel valued, respected and heard are more engaged, which increases innovation, creativity and productivity. To ensure that inclusion is embedded into our culture and core values, IGT created the Office of Diversity & Inclusion within People & Transformation (formerly Human Resources), led by the vice president, diversity & inclusion. As part of our commitment to reinforce a positive, inclusive culture, among other things, we:
- Launched a 4-day in-person education to provide managers with intensive training on the expectations of managers at IGT, including incorporating everyday inclusion into management
- Developed and launched Employee Business Resource Groups
- Implemented annual employee engagement surveys to listen to the needs and concerns of our people and to act upon that information
We constantly strive to improve the experience of our people and thank you for your feedback.
