      lots of good hearted people big name in the industry

      Cons

      so much politics that you can't get real work done and no one wants to make decisions no pay for performance. lower level takes the pain and blame when things don't go well

      Lots of good things in my area & manager Good salary, decent benefits

      Ultimately did not value employees enough to utilize them or investigate what they were actually providing when layoffs were done in ambush fashion
