Pros
IGT has the ability to recreate what once was. For those who have worked at IGT for longer then 4-5 years, the previous statement makes a lot of sense. I once loved the idea of continuously learning a new skill set to add to portfolio, within IGT's corporate culture of many different departments and inter-departments which manifested into a much more knowledgeable work force within IGT. Tuition reimbursement was another great benefit, if you were interested in improving your knowledge and marketability as a valuable employee.
Cons
IGT no longer fosters a brite outlook for it's employees both Blue and White collar. Employees work in fear of whats next and who is next to go ... Its very difficult to focus on productivity when your distracted by who is being "walked" out the door.
