      IGT was a wonderful experience for any engineer. The people were talented and friendly, the management was great! PTO was higher than average as well.

      Flexible with hybrid work options however the degree of flexibility is highly dependent on your team/manager. The work is interesting.

      Cons

      The ability to move up depends a lot on your manager and relationships with others, not necessarily strictly your work product.
