      too much emphasis on DEI efforts and checking HR boxes and not enough emphasis on paying people who are contributing to revenue growth

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
