None. I can clearly see that the reviews here were scripted by the employees and management to look good. The company is a scam.
Cons
They just want to see other brands and creators out there and steal/replicate their video ideas or content ideas. Pretty pathetic stategy ngl. The management sit on our heads to get the output they want, and it's funny, because they are a bunch of oldies and have no clue what kind of content the current generation likes. Such boring team, with high preference to Hindus and their festivals. I mean, if you try to be a cool company, be more inclusive. Pretty sad company to work with. Stay away. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. They are scripted. Oh and also, they do not give you a raise depending on your performance. So your performance doesn't really matter there.
