Pros
The work is important but they don't show a good example of what it's like to actually care for employee health and wellbeing
Cons
First and most importantly: they will not pay for your training and this is ILLEGAL. If you have worked here and this has happened to you I urge you to file a complaint. During the interview there were a lot of assumptions made which were discriminatory. The manager told me that most coaches work when they're sick and it was insinuated that there were no sick days because they're not necessary -- even though they are a health care company that supposedly values reducing presenteeism!
