Pros

At one point they let us work from home,

Cons

Company is full of favoritism, nepotism, incompetence and horrible leadership. You are micromanaged to hell - if you don't notate on a spreadsheet what you're doing every minute of the day they threatened to not pay you. It's that micro managed. It's the 21st century and several companies let their employees WFH without having to do something like that, much less threaten to postpone pay. They have systems in place to monitor you and your productivity and yet they choose to do this. No matter how much loyalty and hard work you put in you will never get anywhere in this company. Raises are cents on the dollar. No bonuses. Horrible insurance plan. Salmon the coo is extremely bipolar, demeaning and a horrible leader. Constantly talks about how "If you don't do this, you shouldn't be working here". Always problems with management and this company. They will exploit you and overwork you and push you around because they can get away with it. This is a dead end career that will take you nowhere. Please look anywhere else, because even places such as McDonalds, Burger King on Abercorn and any other entry level job just about will treat you better, give you better pay and better benefits than these people. High turnover rate. Everyone who started and was once loyal with this company is mostly gone.

Pros

Worked at INTERVENT call center in Savannah as a CCR. Experience was excellent. I came to this position fresh out of college and really appreciated the hands-on, on-the-job training that management provided. Goals and objectives were very clear from the start. The team is very efficient and goal-oriented. I was promoted to the operations team within a year of joining the company.

Cons

The CCR position is not typical call center work and requires individuals that can take initiative, be autonomous, and make high quality decisions. During my time on this team I encountered some individuals that came from a traditional call center role and they found it difficult to cope with the requirements. I wouldn't even really consider this to be a con - although the work is challenging, it allowed me to expand my skill set and help customers in a meaningful way. Really dumbfounded seeing any negative reviews about Intervent on this site. Every negative review seems to be written by the same woman who didn't like the dress code. Not sure what that is all about - most people seemed to get along well and enjoyed coming to work.
