      Lucky enough to have a good team - that is all

      Cons

      Unfair policy practices Low wages (willing to undercut and offer salaries below market) The Turnover is real here - revolving door is an understatement Micro-managers & disrespectful executive managers No structure for career growth Treating employees as numbers and salaries - nothing more If you're still here its likely due to the job market - leave if you get the opportunity. No growth unless you're willing to give up parts of your soul.

      Pros

      I get to work from home and have a grand-fathered in unlimited PTO policy. And that's about it.

      Cons

      RUN. This is just a horrible company to work for. Either you are living in constant fear of being fired or you are so overworked you feel like you have to work 60 hours a week just to do the bare minimum. The CEO, Andrea, is just gutting everything, doing mass layoffs over and over again. He has no clear visit for the company, goal posts keep changing, and everyone is setup to fail.
