Pros
Good pay compared to other companies specially in Noida, no other company can match the pay in NCR. Work from home (started after the pandemic) Working on mostly latest technologies, so good learning curve
Cons
Middle management is clueless and don't have any idea of growing people. Aspirations like onsite opportunities are lacking, as management doesn't care what employees want. There is no process to analyze employee's performance, all you have to do is just show off with your public posts of what you have done on corporate social channel and managers actually trust them only. Lacks work life balance, the intensity of work never comes down, even if you decide to have a cool off day, then manager will assign something back to you.
