Pros

Being paid was nice. Some very intelligent and ambitious colleagues.

Cons

I rang a friend after my final interview and said "I just meet a psychopath". The first of many as it transpired... I'm not easily shaken but I had to have therapy after some interactions with senior management. Otherwise, much of ION's operations are needlessly ineffective. The different 'parts' of the business don't communicate - people who've been there for years don't know what others *on their own team* actually do... a stupid amount of money must be wasted simply because management won't take a step back and implement proper processes.

Pros

I get to work from home and have a grand-fathered in unlimited PTO policy. And that's about it.

Cons

RUN. This is just a horrible company to work for. Either you are living in constant fear of being fired or you are so overworked you feel like you have to work 60 hours a week just to do the bare minimum. The CEO, Andrea, is just gutting everything, doing mass layoffs over and over again. He has no clear visit for the company, goal posts keep changing, and everyone is setup to fail.
