Pros
None besides working from home. Then again, that's not particularly uncommon nowadays.
Cons
Terrible management on all levels. People who pride themselves as being the "Alpha and Omega" or "uber b*tch" on their social media profiles are given middle management positions instead of their more experienced peers. As a matter of fact, there are never announcements for new positions or if they do get sent out, it's already too late and the choice has been made. No real room for career growth. Offensively low remuneration and no perks whatsoever. No wait, there is an annual bonus (handed out in April, or in February, or never, noone seems to be certain) but it's not based on performance - it's just the same for everyone and it's lower than a months' salary. Top management are mostly oblivious to the existence of regional branches.
