      Pros

      Experiences will be new and fun at first. Project development, refining lab techniques.

      Cons

      Nepotism. Straight nepotism. No real collaboration between departments besides constant nagging. Projects get sidelined for bigger, "better" projects - eventually leaving the older projects behind and unfinished. Massive amount of shady money handling. Management is a joke, literally never present and if they are, they're not doing anything. Very small company so gossip is around every corner. When I left, there was a massive loss of data due to a server outage and no backup material for months. Just don't bother with this place.

      We are very sorry that you did not feel comfortable coming to us with your concerns while you were still employed at ISCA. It is true that we have persons related to each other in the Company; we realize that this has pros and cons for both employees and for Management. We strive to be ethical in both our finances and how we treat people and we continue to learn through experience. Feedback is encouraged at ISCA. Negative feedback is sometimes difficult to take, but we appreciate the opportunity it offers us to improve. We appreciate the work you did for our Company despite how you were feeling and sincerely hope you have found a better fit on your career path.

      There are too many to list. Flexible hours work from home. Competitive salary great benefits and everyone is attractive

      Cons

      They are not very woke. They aren’t very diverse and believe more in merit based pay than equity

      Pros

      Flexibility, good benefits, pleasant atmosphere, friendly environment and professional staff, ISCA manufactures and markets environmentally responsible products. My co-workers are a culturally diverse group of intelligent people who are fun to work alongside. Working at ISCA is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in earth-friendly science.

      Cons

      I feel that there are a few management staff that are not paid enough for the amount of responsibility and level of expertise they contribute to the company. I fear they may look elsewhere, which would result in a huge loss for ISCA.
