High pay is pretty awesome

-pay capped at $9.50 - no way to move up unless someone dies or leaves - corporate doesn't listen to employees - no affordable healthcare benefits ( cancelled it completely) - many redundant things that must be done Dailey because someone at corporate thought it was a good idea. - vacation, sick time, and holiday pay are all accrued 1.86 days per month. So if hired in late ( October) there's no way to accumulate enough to cover holidays.
